Dr Elynn Njeri

Dr. Elynn Njeri is a veterinarian and Animal Welfare Expert at the African Union – InterAfrican Bureau for Animal Resources (AU-IBAR), where she supports the implementation of continental strategies to promote animal welfare, with a focus on sustainable development, wildlife health, and environmental protection.
She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in wildlife health and management, complementing her experience in policy support, stakeholder coordination, and advocacy for health and welfare-based approaches across Africa.
